The Newspaper

As a way for the research to reach more people, and especially the local communities of Nikea, the findings of the first part of the research were put together in a newspaper issue, which you can find here in digital format as well. Hard copies of the newspaper were distributed to participants of the first phase, as well as local shops of Nikea. The main goal of this research is not to be kept in academic buildings and libraries, but to become a tool on the hands of residents to learn and discuss about issues of their city and neighborhood. With inclusion in mind, the newspaper was also translated in Albanian and Urdu, the two most spoken languages in the area after Greek.
